They gave my son laughing gass and then canceled the surgery because My kids father walked out !!!!! Malpractice for sure to nearly sedate a Child just to cancel his very much needed surgery !!!

I give them 3 stars because they were very good . And we saw a previous review tgat they took out 2 extra teeth on someone else without permission idk how true that is. But the dr told us that they may need to pull 2 teeth my husband freaked out and almost took her home. Because that was not the plan. However we did understand and they told they would try and save them but they couldn't but they called us before anything was done to get our permission. The actual visit was great. What I have a problem with is the scheduling her appointment was at 12my daughter is 4 years old. I van not have ny child to wait to eat or drink especially since she hasn't ate from the night before!!!! She doesn't understand why. They only reason we still went was because they had a cancelation for 915. They said that special needs are scheduled early. While I do understand that but little kids need to be seen early as well they just don't understand. Made me mad that they were trying to tell us she still can't eat or drink until after her appointment if she was ready. Yall should really consider those things because they do matter and it is important to get the little ones as early as possible as well

Extremely disappointed with this place! My daughter went in for two teeth and they ended up taking out 4. One of the ones they took out was a tooth that had already been fixed by another dentist. They told us the teeth were two soft to be able to save, yet we have the teeth with us that they gave us and you can clearly see that only two teeth were bad. My daughter came out all bloody and looking like she was treated roughly. On top of that as soon as she gets out of there, like literally the moment we got her, she has congestion in her chest and seems to be getting a cold. She went in perfectly fine, even have videos that were taken there prior to her going back to prove it. It looks like a great place and many of the employees treat you great but i was left so disappointed in this place. It seems that medicaid pays them more for the amount of teeth they take out. I would be very careful in taking your child here. I truly wanted to go inside after my wife came out with my daughter and have a nice little chat with them but I know I would have lost it in there so i decided not to, but i will be taking legal action.

My son had some dental work done here yesterday, and I was so pleased with the care received and the facility as a whole. Everyone was extremely friendly and made my son feel very much at ease (which can be difficult for him, because he is autistic and absolutely hates the dentist). The facility was very clean and comfortable, and they even called to follow up the next morning. I'm so thankful for how well everything went!
