Cumberland County WIC

Never answers the phone. You can have an appointment but still won't get seen. The people that comes in after you gets seen and leaves meanwhile you're still waiting. This is an all the time thing not just once or twice. No reason to be waiting 2 hours for a wic renewal!! Always claim to be short staffed but won't hire no one

impossible to get a live person and my child is low on milk and they have not updated benefits and they never return your calls

Derrick and Karine was amazing they helped me get into the Wic app. They have wonderful customer service.

Struggled with whether or not to post, but in a world where good help (and everyone we interacted with was friendly) is hard to get and hard to keep people ,I decided to post. Took my neighbor to her appointment at the Fayetteville WIC office when a tall man who was also working there came and raised his voice to all the ladies working there. He was loud and rude. I just don't know if these ladies deserve to be humiliated in front of customers like that

The receptionists are rude and they have an attitude. Horrible at answering calls. Ive called about 8 times and still no one answers and no call back. They schedule appointments when its convenient for THEM. You dont understand how many times I get messages about a last minute appointment I havent even scheduled.
