        I bought my wife a package here a while back and my wife enjoyed it so I bought another in January this year, however, They have been closed for months!! I see reviews from a month ago and wonder,How??? They aren't open, don't return calls or emails and my wife bought me a massage too and they have our coins and we can't get a response or refund..and now we're both tense and stressed from the massage place!! Go figure!! HELP!!!

      First of all, let us just say that we are very sorry. We are temporarily closed and have been for months due to a major water issue. We are doing everything possible on our end to get us back up and running but unfortunately we are at the mercy of insurance companies, complex owners, and construction teams. All we can say is that we will be back, and all gift certificates will be given plenty of opportunity to be used. Please, send us an email directly to [email protected] with your gift certificate information and we will try and resolve this situation for you. Again, we are very sorry for this situation and please believe, we are ready and wanting to get back to work and back to our clients.
