My children have been going to Focus Pointe for some time now. I love this facility and I am so grateful to have found it when I did. I love all of the staff especially the owner Mrs. V. Mrs. V is awesome and she keeps me in the loop about everything in reference to my babies. We talk, text and email! She has been absolutely awesome. If you are looking for a facility that meets your everyday needs this is the place for your family. My children love it here and so does my wide and I. Mrs. V will treat you like family and that is what you should want especially when your children are there for hours while you work.

Hi, its Ms. Linda I got sent home from this place because I call them out on giving the kids sleep medication. (Allegedly) when I asked the teacher what time my child was put down for her nap the teacher didnt know. When I went to Director and asked what time my child went to sleep, I was told to leave the premises which makes me Suspicious. I was never told by anyone one of them what time my child was put to sleep. Today is not the first time my child was left sleeping for 4hrs. My child in this place for 8 hours why is she sleeping for 4 of them? They dont teach your kids anything, they cook all food in the microwave, because they are too lazy to cook it on the stove or oven. Yes all food!. Also your children will eat cereal every day of the week for breakfast, Doesnt matter what is on the menu. They leave children in a high chair all day because they would much rather them sit there then too actually teach them how to move about in the class room. This place get one star because I had no choice but to put at least one. But in all reality they are -5 stars. Before I go ask yourself why does this daycare not have an open door policy? Or why does this daycare never want me to actually walk in when dropping my child off. Oh Covid right?
