THIS IS A WARNING TO PARENTS LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL CHILDCARE ENVIRONMENT! This not the place. My primary focus for childcare for my kids are their developmental growth which includes: social, emotional, and educational growth. If that is what you are looking for this is not the place for you. The environment of this daycare has more of a babysitter feel to it, which is perfect for parents who just need someone to watch their kids. Unfortunately when I look into license daycares, I expect a more professional environment. Kids here are expected to watch TV, there is no outside time, and your kids are being watched by the owner's kids. When I registered my kids I was put under the impression that the owner would be the primary teacher support and her supposed certified young adult-daughter was the teacher's help. Well, that is not the case. Her daughter is the primary teacher of her evening shift, and she may or may not get help by another daughter who we don't is certified or not. If I would of known that upon registering, I would have not registered my kids. With that being said, that's where the problems come in play. A very young adult should not be left with a group of multi-aged children ranging from the age of 1-6. My departure from this facility was because I received too many phone calls to pick up my daughter because she is having a tantrum because of transitioning or losing a game of musical chairs. Tantrums are a normal downside to toddlers who are also developing emotional growth. Professional childcare providers know this is what comes with toddlers and should be trained to handle a tantrum. The owner's reasoning that she can not handle tantrums is because she lives in the home, there are kids who been there longer than my child who she is disrupting, and the space is too small to handle loud crying. With hearing those excuses, it just didn't sound like a professional environment for pre-k students who are in need for emotional growth development. You come up with strategies that best fits that child. My daughter is far from a bad child and is very sweet, but she is an emotional child, which I stated to the owner pre-registering. Hopefully in the future this business can improve to fit all needs of children.

BEWARE!!!! her and her children live in this place! the daycare is down stairs which is a very small place! for kids between the ages of a infant- to two years old the space is very small! and it does not fit the needs of older children professional wise I think needs a little work as well. not to good with other kids that has not been with her for a while. I think she is more comfortable with the amount she has now which are all under two years old. Because they cant express there needs and wants! My family could often tell that she was very overwhelmed! and frustrated she signed up to Care for my three year old who has ADHD! she couldn't meet the needs of care which was told to her prior to enrolling him. she does not do outside play! and there is no daily routine task posted as to what the kids are doing and learning each day! don't be fooled its an ok environment if you are looking for a babysitter but its not really a daycare she will tell you she will work with you because she wants the money but literally this week she canceled my son Care from frustration after telling me she could handle Care with him. I felt like it was very unprofessional because what if I actually had no one to help watch him while I'm a hour away working! I would half to figure it out for the rest of the week. luckily I had my mom and sisters on jump street already and even they stated they could tell she had a attitude this day! people wake up with different feelings everyday I never once put my all into this in home daycare I could tell from the jump what I was getting my self into no lost token!! MY SOn is very happy to be able to outside in explore and play on a real daycare playground again!! with kids in his age group!! he does not half to sit inside all day everyday!! In he is with a staff! Who is trained to help with his ADHD! Behaviors because at 3 he dont understand was going on thank god I already had a back up daycare BEWARE!!! Ppl Of the unprofessionalism in the space! They are not learning here they are just told to sit still! No toddler can do that. this is definitely another childcare in Fayetteville NC, that does not have the tools and trainings to me too fit special need children! Are any other children over the age of three (Im seeing more and more! Of it) the schools and child care forms are better in wake county then in Cumberland! And after this year is up I can become a resident of wake county where the schools and childcare centers are Way better for my children! From experience to actual staff that cares!! In shows Compassion like they care! Wake county where the first to try and help me with my sons ADHD and warned me of the troubles Ill run into trying to get Cumberland county schools and daycare centers on board to help with care of my 3 year old! Again he was not kicked out! Of any daycares in Fayetteville He was removed from those daycares due to them being under staff, and not caring and unprofessional to a three year old who was just diagnosed with ADHD within the last 3 months In me having to show my butt on the staff in director because how he was treated!! In know one actually taking the time to really understand his diagnoses! Because thats what a caregiver does right?? Before seeing a child as a dollar sign really do your research on the child in their diagnoses ADHD can have aggressive behaviors! Especially not being able to learn anything are being able to go outside in play. He was being confined in a small environment all day every day!! In being told to just sit still idc how much experience a person may have every child is still going be different this business is still a joke and is only good for people who just needs a quick babysitter you cant combine different age groups in one environment I never heard of a 3 year old being in a class with a 1, year old and a two year old! Hopefully the kids she still has parents & her experience can buy the tools she needs to help this business grow.
