Staff is rude and unprofessional. Called to cancel an online order as I had went to the wrong store and the associate lied and said she couldnt cancel it and Id have to cancel it on the app. I asked her if she could help walk me through it and she laughed and told me um no. I then asked a manager at the second Sally location if they were able to cancel an online order in store. She said they can and had to call the other store to walk the associates through how to cancel an online order. Wont be shopping at this location ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Unprofessional we felt harrased. Kept touching my moms hair without permission so unprofessional. Felt surrounded to the point my mom started panicking. Told them to leave us alone yet they didnt.

Mrs. Michelle at the (7707 Raeford Rd location #104) is absolutely amazing! She greets everyone who walks in the door, always professional, very friendly & knows her products. If theres something shes not sure of, she will ask another associate or look it up. She really takes care of her clients. Thanks Michelle for all you do & being so nice! Also, shout out to Angel for being so sweet & helpful as well Yall are awesome

What's going on with people who thinks they can talk to other people like they are nothing ...I've been doing hair for over 35 years I went to this Sallys looking for a particular product I asked for a acrylic remover polish the two clowns that was working there was like up and down taking like I did not spoke English ..well ..talking about it's nothing like that well I doubling myself a little bit came home read the instructions and guess what it is a Polish who remove acrylic you go figure
