        I made an appointment for these guys to come inspect an issue with my house. I was told Juan Silvias crew would be there the following morning at 9. No show. I called the scheduling number at 10:30 to follow up. No response. Called them again a few days later. No response. These guys are obviously bad at scheduling; others have pointed that out. They have no qualms about wasting your time. But even the best businesses make scheduling mistakes from time to time, right? Its a small thing. What sets these guys apart is how they handled it. They didnt own the mistake, didnt apologize, didnt attempt to fix it. They buried their heads in the sand, hoping the problem would go away if they ignored it. And that should give anyone pause. If this is how they handle a small mistake, how do you think theyll handle a big one?
