        Triple D's Cleaning Service is a wonderful cleaning service. I've been using them for a few months now and I am so happy with the service. They are always on time, thorough, and professional. I like that the rates are very affordable, so I know that I'll be able to afford to hire them again soon. They are also very friendly and easy to work with, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable.

        STAY AWAY!!!!Worst experience I have ever had! I scheduled my move out clean well in advance.The day of, two females show up early then leave before even getting started, no communication at all. I had to call the company number and ask what happened.She tells me they went to get the cleaning supplies. What type of cleaning service shows up without cleaning supplies/equipment??? I then get a call back asking if I'd cancel my service because that's what the manager was telling the receptionist.....mind you I've never spoken to the manager to cancel anything. Hours later one female comes back and starts cleaning and yet again leaves without saying anything. I call the company again only to find out they weren't aware that the female had left. Mind you I've only talked to the receptionist this entire time not even the manager. The receptionist proceeds to tell me the manager said he will personally come finish up the job and at that point it's 3:30pm and I have a 4 bedroom 3 full bath house to clean to get ready for renters.(Supposed to be moving out of state for a PCS move THE NEXT DAY). This company's lack of communication and professionalism was absolutely terrible! I honestly don't believe they even have 4 stars. Let's just say I had a lllloooonnnggg night and saved myself $500 doing it myself. Very disappointing. Would definitely not recommend especially to any military PCSing.
