5 years of searching for a home, found it. If the church was perfect we would not have joined it for worry of blemishing it. Biblically sound, amazing church family. We love spending time here regardless of the day of week.

My wife and I came here from 2020-2023 and were members. All though I have moved to convert to Orthodox Christianity, theology aside we found this place to be extremely welcoming and really nurtured our young marriage into a God focused marriage. Pastor Seans sermons taught me a lot about the Bible and our Sunday school class with Dr.Boyd really gave me an intense desire to study Church history (which ultimately led me to Orthodoxy). If youre thinking about attending this Church I dont have anything bad or negative to say about this place and only wish the best for the congregation and staff. Loving, caring, and community focused. Also really loved how the congregation is a mix of all demographics, including age, race, and background. Overall I will always remember Berean Baptist Church as the place my young family tasted Gods love and itll always have a warm place in our memories. Will definitely miss Pastor Seans playful banter towards the service members!!

I haven't personally been to this....place...but my husband recently worked there. He was gathering supplies with coworkers and your senior pastor Sean Harris walked up to them and started talking to them. Asked them how they felt being at work that day and my husband jokingly said he would rather be home. A bit later, he walked back into the area my husband and coworkers were working at and he called my husband a bum. All his coworkers can vouch for this as they witnessed it and were shocked, as was my husband. For a person who is supposed to be spreading the word of God, this should be inexcusable. Shame on you, Sean.

I apologize. That certainly wasn't the context of my interaction with your husband. I thought the entire exchange was in good humor and my point was we all have to go to work--in other words staying home isn't an option for any of us. So being here at the church working was a great place to work. I will seek your husband out the next time they are at the church working an personally apologize. I saw him working hard like everyone else so 'bum' is not what I remember saying and will certainly seek to clarify all this with the entire crew. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The company he works for does excellent work and we appreciate that Mr. Williams also does excellent work. The project isn't finished so I am sure I see him again. Pastor Sean
