I love the option of being able to cash a check with the app on your phone and it deposits it even on a holiday, BUT! I dont like how, now that I am about to start a job, I see they never gave me anything with my account and routing information on it,(I have something with my account number but no routing number) the app wouldnt show me. I even went to the site. Nothing. Then I called the 24 hr number to try to speak to someone and get it over the phone, doesnt give you the option to ask for the operator. Even after you entered the account number or your bank card number, it asks you to enter your pin (im assuming for your card) it said mine was invalid. So im stuck waiting until they open which is 10am I believe which is kinda late for a bank in my opinion.
