Auto link International (Owner/Boss) was our angel on Christmas eve late evening. I and my family with kids, were on vacation and driving down from Florida to Virginia and suddenly realized our Mercedes back tire was losing air and no other shops were available this day. We knocked on a few in the area and no one answered. Even though Auto link was closed, we saw some one at the window inside and stopped and asked for help. Without hesitations, the owner (mostly Mike - very sorry that we do not even remember his name due to stress from our situation) opened the garage for us and helped us. One of the young mechanics, immediately started working on our car and tried to fix the leak and when that failed replaced the spare tire for us and double checked air pressure and made sure it is safe. We had another 350+ miles to go and these two humble, helpful, down to earth, professional, honest persons made it happen for us. After all the repair was completed, we asked Mike about the fees and he said no, just ask the mechanic if he needs something. After requesting multiple times, the mechanic with great hesitation asked a very low fee. I could not believe my ears and paid double. Even that is really low for what they have done for me and my family. Hats off and I bow with great respect to both of them for saving our day. I am very humbled and thankful to both of them, we reached safely back!! Will surely plan to call and reach out and thank them individually. Service: Tires
