I went in telling them exactly what I needed done. I told them I could even show them the problem when my car got lifted up. I had an appointment set for 8:30am. I saw my car get pulled in at 9am. I sat there for four hours. Then finally after I asked about my car for the third time they gave me a report about my entire car (which I didnt ask for them to do) They tried to over charge me $3500 to do the original fix I was asking about. So overall I wasted over four hours of my time and paid $170 for them to diagnose my car. They didnt even fix anything.
