        Wow! As a previous Ford owner until this past Saturday (bought a used Forester), the service experience at Subaru Cross Creek was DEFINITELY a level up. Their customer service was wonderful from the shuttle service to their web and text technology to speaking with Eric to get more details about their recommendations. I can't remember the name of who checked me out but she was friendly, upbeat and professional as well. I will never go back to Ford after this and I'll likely be a Subaru owner and fanboy for life if things remain the same. Bravo! Tell Myc I'll be seeing him in a couple years for a new one.
