3 of 10. Gerry was very belittling during APR Negotiations and ended very impatient.(-5) Luke was supposed to text me about hitch information. (-2) Just a reminder I dont need to sign up to finance $100k with your company. Treat your people right and they will come back. I left with 0% faith that the bumper to bumper warranty will actually cover anything. I anticipate a phony excuse, just as phony as the pamphlet reads about outdated ignition system coverage. If you want any more information feel free to call me. Still time to change my review. Luke should have my number too. I dont want to speak to Gerry.

Super friendly staff but the good stops there. I own my truck for a year now and I have been taking my truck to Flow GMC for service. To this day, I never get to have the service done in same day. If I took my truck for three things, two would get done and I have to come back for the remaining service. It didnt bother me much until last two service. About a month ago, I took my truck for the required maintenance. Part of the maintenance was to clean the fuel system. However, I found out that the fuel filter was not part of fuel system cleaning service. So I schedule another service to change the fuel filter as well as the transmission service that was not done during the prior appointment (ordered parts). Long story short, I picked up my truck after service and paid for everything including the fuel filter but my warning came in few days ago to change the fuel filter. I called and text the dealer and I was told a manager will be in touch but I havent heard anything yet.

Scheduled an appointment at 2:45 for an oil change & tire rotation. Truck sat outside an hour prior to being brought in. For my first oil change service I brought to the same dealership, & it also took an extended period of time. Dont know if Ill be returning to this dealership for service after my last two encounters.
