Im a two year resident of Lakeshore Grande, and I love the location is in a secluded neighborhood and its so quiet and quaint, even with the windows open! When you close your windows you only hear the noise within your apartment; meaning no noise disturbance from upper or lower units which is absolutely amazing!! Not to mention the basic things such as window blinds; my unit has stringless raising and lowering blinds! Every room has a ceiling fan, and did I mention the fireplace or the en-suite master bathroom and its soaking sized bathtub is separate from the shower stall!!!! I have more revered features I could go on about, but it is truly a must see property!!! Last but not least the office staff are very professional and concerned about customer service and residents needs, and they are quick to respond to emails or voicemails; bottomline choosing to reside at Lakeshore Grande is a easy Yes to make!

I have enjoyed living here very much. The neighbors are kind and its generally pretty quiet over here. Kid and pet friendly area and homes. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Jerry the maintenance guy did an awesome job fixing the many things I requested. He was friendly, respectful, and actually replaced what the old maintenance guy missed.
