Excellent Realtors and builder! We purchased an older home and have had a number of remodeling projects which were completed by On-Site. Great service as well as excellent work! Would recommend to anyone who seeks a professional and extremely knowledgeable realtor and/or builder.

When we need anything done far as construction, house being built or selling two of our homes there is no one better than Eddie Wilson and Jeff Sykes. They are very up front with the truth and work hard to meet all our needs every time. Excellent work, attention to detail, willing to go the extra mile and customer service which is very hard to find now a days! I'd recommend this company to anyone every single time.

Terrible... I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star. My fiance and I bought a house almost a year ago from Eddie and Jeff. When we purchased it we were told we would get half of our land (1 acre) planted and we would have grass by the time we moved in. Well a couple of months go by and our land still didn't show any signs of growing any grass. So we called Eddie and Jeff and told them. Eddie said he'll send his landscapers out again which he did and the way his landscapers did our land is was not acceptable at all. So we called Jeff again along with other things that needed to be fixed he told us to make a list and wait until spring to see if we would get any grass, we said okay no problem. Well it's now June and we tried to get them to come out to fix things that was on our list as well as our land. The response we got back was "that our land was destroyed by our dogs" mind you our dogs are not outside dogs and are only outside to use the bathroom or when we are out there with them. So I simply called Eddie to ask if that was true he stated yes and that he was NOT going to fix our yard because of it. I started to become very heated because we've done what they've asked to only be told they aren't going to help us. Then he proceeded to let me know that I have side yard and front yard so that's enough grass for us. The fact that he truly has no plan to ever help his customers who've bought from him is disgusting. Not only have we had issues, our neighbor has as well and refuses to speak to Eddie anymore because Eddie likes to become confrontational and does not like to do what he had promised. Therefore, if you're a potential buyer make sure you get everything in WRITING and make sure you THROUGHLY go through your home to make sure it's built correctly. But if it was me I wouldn't dare buy from them. Which I plan on not doing in the future.
