Provence Townhomes + Apartments

I would suggest to all Elon students looking for housing to look elsewhere. The owners of this property had originally allowed me to move into a property that was not thoroughly fixed in the beginning. This includes a broken window, broken shower head, and multiple issues with closet doors inside of the room. Furthermore, the landlords are known for walking into the apartment without the consent of the tenant. Another tenant Im close with recalls that the landlord would often knock twice really fast, and if you didnt respond he would open the door. Lastly myself and many of my friends that have resided here didnt receive their full $800 deposit back due to petty charges and mismanagement. If youre considering Provence apartments or Evelien townhomes I would personally suggest looking into other student housing apartments such as University Pointe, Phoenix Arms, Campus Trace, or even West End apartments. I am only one witness to this, but I promise I am not the only one.

Provence is a great place for Elon students to live. It's safe and close enough to campus so residents can walk or take the Elon Bio Bus which picks up every 11 minutes!! Our 4-bedroom town homes and apartments have all the amenities a young adult could want!
