        In my many years of renting, not just in NC, but other states, this is by far the WORST company I've ever rented from. I've been hung up on by the women in the office. I still find it difficult to wrap my mind around how petty, disrespected and juvenile the women who run Premiere Property are. No improvements have ever been made in my almost 4 years renting from them. But my rent has been raised 200 dollars in less than a year and a half. With 30 days notice. STAY CLEAR OF PREMIERE PROPERTY

      Clark Rain You have the wrong company and have misspelled my company's name so obviously you have never rented from us. We have no record of a Clark Rains. So sorry you are having to deal with a company that doesn't respect or listen to you.
