Grace Clinic of Yadkin Valley

I read a review that a man seen a Doctor here. I find that interesting since I was informed that I will never see a doctor here. In fact, the only onees that I have seen here is the Nurse practitioner, Christina and, her staff. I phoned in to give Christina, the Nuser Practitioner my heath symptoms I was going through and, l was informed that she said, I was dealing with Stroke like symptoms. She never bothered to call me to check on my status. Proving how the only thing she cares about is ones insurance money to pay her and, her staff. It turns out,on another visit to this place, they did try to force a service of theirs on me after I informed them, I did not want it. The repose they gave to my following statement is a flat out lie... Grace Clinic of Yadkinville in Hickory; North Carolina:... No, they did not try to accommodate me, in fact they were abrasive, rude and, flat out lied on my paper work. I have no one for a Emergency contact and, they placed that I Declined in presenting a Emergency contact. Facts ..When I first spoke with Haley, she did not want to take my Health insurance information, she acted as though she was doing me as favor by finally taking my information. When I got there and, was addressing information for my medical file she had her assistant flat out lie when I informed the young woman that all of my family are deceased and, being new to North Carolina and, isolated at my Rental, I have no friends to place for a Emergency contact. Haley had her assistant place that I declined presenting the information. The employees are very arrogant at this location. And, they present themselves as not caring to know about me and, treated me as a statistic. The Nurse practitioner seems nice. When I inquired about Dr. Stephan Eral Erlandson, I was informed that I will never see him. In addition, it took a very long time to be seen by the Nurse practitioner. I was the first patient to be seen there that day. I have two future appointments scheduled for there and, I hope the next time I have dealings with these employees that, they are respectful. Fact.

Due to my experience from my treatment here, I am will never return nor, will I recommend them. Christina/Nurse practitioner never called me to check in my status after she informed me that I was dealing with Stroke like symptoms. They have tried to force a service on me that I informed them I do not want. The response to my review from them is a flat out lie Be very mindful... ..On my visit to Grace Clinic of Yadkinville Valley located in .. 948 Johnson Ridge Road Elkin; North Carolina 28621-0987 The Nurse practitioner tried to force a service in me that I informed her from my first visit that I do not want. After my visit there, her staff member asked if I wanted the service I already said no to. I was informed that, I will never see the doctor that is listed to be there. Never trust these employees.

Been seen there for 8 years now. The staff is very nice and helpful. Much love for them for the help I have received.

When I went to Grace Clinic back in 2022, I was very sick with a terrible rash. When I called for an appointment they got me in for eligibility within a day. My application process only took 30 minutes and luckily, I got to see my new doctor the very same day. Come to find out, I have an autoimmune disorder. Thanks to Grace Clinic, they were able to get me my lab work and get me in to see a dermatologist within 2 days. Im uninsured and Grace Clinic was able to help me be seen by the dermatologist for free. Currently, my disorder is completely controlled and I have access to my medications at no cost through a program at the clinic. Living with my disorder was horrible, I dont know what I would have done with them. Below is my skin prior to becoming a Grace Clinic patient along with pictures of my skin in its current state, healthy as can be! I am so blessed to be their patient.
