        Clean, comfortable room with full kitchen, easy check in, convenient location, plenty of parking. Just FYI there is no working elevator, so pay attention to which floor you book on if stairs are difficult. Rooms: Remodeled historic building with exposed brick walls and ducting. Walkability: Lots of cute, independent shops and attractions, including the historic Reeves Theater, within easy walking distance.

        The WiFi is unusable!!! Loud echoey building, no soundproofing, can hear neighbor's conversations clearly. No feeling of privacy

        It is unfortunate that they rent out rooms to kids to party and get drunk etc.. It is also unfortunate that other paying guests have no recourse in these situations and the drunk people get to carry on until one them has to be taken to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. Not only did we have to listen to the partying but then also had to listen to the police, ambulance, and fire department opening and closing doors bringing in the stretcher to take the drunk person away around 3 AM. We got no sleep and eventually door home around 5 AM and instead of refunding our money we get $60 dollars back. DO NOT STAY HERE. Based on the appearance of the wall in the room we stayed in this is not the first big party in this hotel.

        Wonderful wonderful!!! Walking distance to everything !! We just loved the old feel of the building but the newness too. Stay here and see a band at Reeves!

        This was my second Carolina Experience experience and it didnt disappoint! Three Trails is in the ideal location - opposite Southern on Main and Wisdom Table which I highly recommend visiting. I stayed in unit 4 which was 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a huge kitchen / living area upstairs. I love the exposed brick look and the spacious feel. Bedrooms were super cozy with extremely comfortable beds, lots of extra pillows and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. They even have a charging point with many different wires to fit your phone! Everything was spotless. I already cant wait to come back.

      Shawn, We very much apologize your stay was not a satisfactory one. We have not been experiencing any wifi issues or had any other complaints, but our concierge team is always available to help problem solve. We do have soundproofing in the building but also apologize if your neighbors were being loud!
