My first visit with Dr Cid was unbelievable. I arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 appt. After filling out new patient paperwork I sat until 2:30 to be called to check pressure in eyes, measure eyes and drops to dilate pupils. I was sent back to lobby for drops to dilate for 30 mins. (?) After waiting 1 1/2 hrs...I still hadn't seen DrCid. I approached the front desk and asked that my appt be cancelled.
I have been to an ophthalmologist for year's and never have I waited so long. Everyone was waiting not just me. We were all aggravated and grumbling to each other. If I had waited to see Dr Cid my time would have been over 2 hrs.
If the office needs more assistance hire more ppl. Maybe even another doctor.
This office appears to need better organization and less wait time.
I am so disappointed that I have no intention of visiting ever again.
