        I hate this company because sometimes the water be brown. And right now all the water is shut off in our neighborhood and I can't get anyone on the phone. It was about 9pm last night and it is still shut down. This is very inconvenient for people who have to go to work and if they were going to shut it down, they should have given us notice or something. Very unprofessional!

        This is a poorly managed company. No one has been at my mother house for months and the person that was staying there TOLD the business that no one was there after December 2020 So when I tried to call to state that no one has been at the address they wanted me to pay for months when the property was vacant. This is the reason I left NC. The unfortunate issue is that there is no other option except well water. Hate this company.

        Starting to think they don't even flush their main line considering this is the 3rd time I now have brown water. Then you call and they say run your water for 2 HOURS!
