About That Space Storage

Absolutely terrible service and I cannot wait to not have to deal with them anymore...due date has been the 5th since I've had the storage unit...and they put a lock on the door the following day (6th) automatically! I call the number until someone answers and they say the due date has always been the 1st which is not the case due to my payments over the last 4 yrs with never having a lock put on my door...i was never notified about the change for the lock on the door after the 5th...and nobody called or text to let me know it was happening.........4 yrs of dealing with this company and this is how they treat their customers...now I have to wait for someone to be available and hope i have time working 12 hour days!
