Im here at the restaurant and im eating inside, and the customer service is poor I politely asked for melted butter that was a major problem. I was unable to get it because its not worth begging and arguing over melted butter. I offered a solution to melt the butter in the microwave, and she declined the solution.

I love Captain D's! The food is always hot, always crispy and always great! The staff are friendly and quick with a smile, what's not to like, absolutely nothing! I highly recommend!!! Parking: I usually use the app and drive-thru, have on occasion used the parking lot and never had a problem finding a spot

Ordered via the app and went to pick up the order. Upon arrival, I gave my name and order to cashier. After waiting 25 minutes I asked about my order and after a long & rude eye roll I was told two of the items I ordered weren't available. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to take it up with the online order department. When I showed the manager their website page, that states if there's a problem with your order contact the local store to resolve the problem. Manager did NOTHING. I felt I was more of a problem than a customer ordering and paying for a meal. Pathetic customer service. Will not patronize this Captain D's again. I had to contact my credit card company to have the charge credited.

The service was fast and this location was clean. The food itself wasn't all that great. The fish had no real flavor once you got past the batter coating.
