Great service. Amanda was awesome, made me feel right at home. Scotti made my first vehicle purchase rather easy and more comfortable. Will return for another vehicle at a later date.

I purchased my vehicle in 2019 with 3000 miles on it. Of course as soon as my warranty was up I had issues. Took my truck to a couple local shops they kept telling me nothing was wrong with it I did have to pay them for nothing being wrong. Then I had this bright idea to go to the dealership I purchased from. Well they did find out the problem in fact wanted me to pay double than any other repair shop. Also advised me they messed my oil lines up that they were waiting on the parts they did fix what they messed up. I was able to get an appointment at a wonderful dealership close to home. Told them not to do the repairs!! After waiting for them to fix what the messed up I was able to get my car out after paying 171.00 for the inspection Showed up to get my truck after working all day to find my vehicle low on oil and barely any coolant. I asked the guy who gave me my keys if my car was good on fluids.. He said he had no idea? Im glad I was prepared to take care of my vehicle in the pouring rain I took care of it even in the dark. If you want great service dont go to Hall Honda in EC because they have no idea!!! I will never go there again & I will make sure none of my customers or coworkers go there either!! Besides Deon Bradley isnt there anymore either!! He made that place pleasant!! Nobody speaks or asks if they can help you. While all the workers were inside I was outside taking care of my vehicle because they obviously didnt care enough about me or my vehicle. Unbelievable!!!!
