        All of the young ladies there are the sweetest, nicest, most helpful and cheerful people! I had to drop off a few documents for action here and there and that was all I had to do and their response was always "we'll get this taken care of for you" and inside of a week or 2 from drop off to receiving final product... mission complete!!! I LOVE GOING THERE!!!!

        Nothing special about navy fed compared to other financial institutions. Vehicle loans are easy, however I wouldn't recommend a mortgage through them. It's beyond a hassle.
