A&B Tree Expert did a superb job removing a half-dead tree from our yard. We got other quotes, but they came in the lowest, and they are licensed and insured. We couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship, communication, and integrity. Chris delivered on everything he promised and was even able to do the work sooner than expected. They left the place tidy and didn't damage anything, even though the tree was overhanging two fences. Chris and his team were polite and considerate of our neighbors too. We will definitely contact them again for tree removal or pruning in the future. Service: Tree removal

If you're looking for an expert at tree removal with reasonable rates you should call A&B Tree Expert. Mr. Knight responded in a timely manner and removed a dead tree off the property promptly and professionally.

I hired him to shape up a tree that had storm damage. We agreed on a price and I expected just what the quote said to shape up the tree and haul away the mess from his work. I was not available to monitor his work due to medical appointments, I had my husband present although he was not apart of the business dealings for this task. Chris spoke a lot with the neighbors ultimately making plans to do work on their property as well. Surprisingly Chris did not follow up with me to ensure satisfaction. At my earliest convenience I reached and expressed I was not satisfied. It appeared that he simply cut the branches that were already broken without shaping the tree itself. His conversation on the phone was very unprofessional he expressed the price was justified for his insurance, having a worker with him (which turned out to be his school aged child) along with the difficulty of driving on my street. He then proceeded to tell me to inform my neighbors he wont be doing any work for them. He offered a refund as a solution $100 shy of the full amount due to other work that was done. We agreed however when I reached back out to him after the promised date has passed he had blocked my number. Then later proceeds to express by way of text message that his company does not do refunds. He very well could have come back out to complete the task he said he would do. Overall I am beyond dissatisfied and advise to use extreme caution if you chose to work with him. It is apparent he needs close monitoring for work done. I work with landscapers regularly and they always follow up to ensure satisfaction especially if I am not present to monitor the work. His professionalism and work is far below my expectation.
