Hale Automotive

First off this had absolutely nothing to do with Hale Automotive so I'm not sure why you felt the need to leave a bad review here. Since that is what you chose to do I'll address the situation. How would the tow truck driver have known where your car was and have had the key and also where you wanted it towed to if you had "not authorized the tow." Then when the place YOU wanted it towed couldn't repair it you wanted it towed to Mike's Auto Repair where it was diagnosed with a blown motor and they tried to contact you to let you know and you never answered the phone. Again absolutely nothing to do with Hale Automotive. Hales Towing being nice and trying to make peace on a situation that we shouldn't have to we towed your car back to your house at no charge so your vehicle did get returned so your statement was false. The second car that was towed here was authorized to be towed by the Eden Police Department and was not here to be fixed whatsoever and could have been picked up by the vehicle owner at anytime if the tow bill and storage was paid. You waited 45 days to even call and ask about the car that had been sitting in our tow lot and are now mad about the fees. Here at Hale Automotive we take pride in our customer service and we would never mistreat anyone this review is false and not a representation of how we do business.
