I've used MANY Valvoline locations before, this one was hands-down the worst. Keep on driving and find a location that is worth your money and time.

Cant get the guys to rotate tires, tell me every time the tread depth is the same, or we only do local contractors. Lazy if you ask me.

I've had two bad experiences here. I took one car to be inspected and they told me too much was wrong with it to pass. I took it to another place and they passed it and didn't know what Valvoline was talking about. I still went back for another car and waited outside in the rain while three guys stood around looking at me waiting for one of the other guys to come assist me. Two were at least working on cars. The other legitimately was standing there. I'm going across town to Halvoline because I'm not going to sit in the rain for 10 minutes while no one even acknowledges my existence in line for their services.
