        It just floors me how little they could care whether they have your business or not. This is the second of two offices we have tried to do business with. Communication is non existent. Customer service is lackluster. Take your business elsewhere.

        As a mortgage broker, we deal with quite a few insurance agents. I have always found John to be very helpful to us and our clients. Would definitely refer him again!

        The people at this Farm Bureau location have been nothing but nice to me. But. I just got a "new" (2018) auto after my 2009 went kaput, and my insurance with them jumped SO high. It didn't suddenly drop when I went from a 2013 to a 2009 a couple of years ago, so I am really not feeling the +$375 they dropped in my lap. I immediately called Progressive and switched, and now my auto insurance is less than HALF what this Farm Bureau wanted from me. For the exact same coverage. I like the folks at FB, they're super nice. But something's not working out with the numbers.
