We were looking here and at rooms to go. Both companies promised to get the chair by end of the week, so we went with Schewels Home. So we could support our county. They told us it would be delivered on Friday between 12 and 4 stayed at home all day waiting on them to come no show no call. I had to call them to find out it would be the end of next week. After raising hell Once again they promised it would Monday instead they called on Monday said they could not deliver due to the weather we did not have any bad weather I feel like they lied to us up front next time I need furniture I will not go back to this place I will continue to use rooms to go just like I have in the past there furniture is good and they do what they say.

Fii ordered a couch a loveseat a washer and dryer and a coffee table and end tables. First day they left my coffee table and end tables. Hook the ground cord off the dryer wrong second times coming the manager came out the correct ground cord where it was supposed to go. Soon as he left I realized my coffee table was messed up and one end table. Now the manager is trying to say I was told they was messed up. So if I was told that why as soon as he left my house I called him he told me to send emails with the pictures. Instead of then replacing them the manager says they are coming to get them. Poor management. I'm so upset! You going to tell me to talk to the manager he's the problem nasty attitude he knows he messed up my tables delivering then on a pick up truck. As many people that is having problems with this manager and nothing gets done. I went to corporate office now I'm going to go to better business now. I will not stop. I owe all this money and I'm very unsatisfied!
