Linda and her team recently handled an estate sale at my aunt's home after she moved to an assisted living facility, and we are very satisfied with the results. Linda kept us well-informed of the progress and of any issues that needed attention. She and her team were very efficient and professional during the process, but it was their kindness and understanding of how hard it can be for someone leaving one's home that stood out for me. Linda was so gracious to address any concerns that my aunt had. I knew that my aunt's interests were in good hands, and Linda and her team did not disappoint. We are very grateful to them for the great job they did and for Linda's generosity and support for us. We certainly would call upon Linda and her team for any future needs.

Linda and her team did a professional job liquidating my Aunts home when she moved to an assisted living center. I live 2 hours away and had no worries as she kept me informed throughout the process. I felt overwhelmed by the sheer volume of my Aunts possessions but Linda was confident she could handle it and she did. I was extremely pleased with the work she and her team did. I would definitely use her services again.

I shopped at a recent Wyatt estate sale in Danville and here is my evaluation: Pro: Overall, I saw happy people who were very happy with their purchases and happy to return. I was (am) one of them. Con: I did hear grumbles on prices so it is worth mentioning. Though I found the higher priced items reasonable as well as being part of a marketing strategy to keep customers coming back (and hence thought to myself that the grumbles were just being sour grapes,) I did see oddities such as an over priced box of opened, half full tissues and what appeared to be paper scraps with price tags! I do recognize that tags can mysteriously grow legs and be found on the wrong item, however, I also found damaged furniture with prices that didnt reflect the damage. Therefore, I did conclude that there were some pricing mishaps. This was not a deal breaker for me because I know these sales can be exhausting work to present items to shoppers and I found the employees to be reasonable when approached with any oversights. Mistakes always happen and I want to see how they are handled rather than focusing on the mistake itself. This team handled things very well in my opinion. Pro: This is what ultimately earned them a 5 star rating. The employees were top notch and remained charming throughout the inevitable pressures of putting on an estate sale. I go to many estate sales and I often see the employees at other companies letting their friends cherry pick items at rock bottom prices or succumbing to the pressures of aggressive buyers in order to avoid conflict or avoid their own boss. This was NOT the case here and each employee remained loyal to their boss and ultimately to the property owner on brokering the best outcome. If my family had a loss and I had personal property to sell, this is the team Id want because I know that I wouldnt be exploited during my time of grief.
