Well, went in, tried to make a deal on Challenger. Gave me the numbers. Called the next day and countered. Waited a couple days...crickets. I did get the complimentary email from the GM saying the typical "call me directly if he can help" So i did. Got the person that answers the phone...not the GM..explained why I called...she would pass it on to the GM.....again crickets !! So..drove down to M&L...made the deal and got my 2023 Challenger !! Don't bother!

I really have had the best customer service from here Jeffrey Jones and Mason Lynch were absolutely the most courtest! They went above and beyond for me, Pamela Howard. The parts guy; (I'm sorry I forgot your name was very nice also, providing me a ride home while I my truck was being worked on . The mechanic that worked on my vehicle Mike Fernette was very thorough and also polite The cashier's as well All in all I must say they truly work as a team to help the customer I will be back for future repairs. Love they finally have v8 but really they looked and talked to me like I can't afford vehicle they have and I already have vehicles same as they had on the lot made me not want to purchase from them. I went all the way to Lake Norman the same day to purchase vehicle because of that. I come to buy something I want it when I do not when you think I should purchase it. So hey let them miss out on that purchase. Possibly I will try again being they are closer to me but stop with the stereo typing would be great
