New manager Robert has no concept of respect, professionalism, or landlord/tenant laws. He is a slum lord and the new owner is as well for not putting a better person in the management position. He charges some renters $50- $100 more than others for the same units. He does not complete repairs in a timely manner and when he finally gets around to addressing your issue, he does it in the cheapest, laziest way possible. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It has gone completely downhill since the owners passed and Wayne the previous manager passed. One of the tenants had bed bugs and he told her to use bug spray! This is a hazard not only to that tenant but those units surrounding her unit as bedbugs can only be removed by heat treatments. The ceiling in many of the apartments leak and he just does a patch job to save money. He comes to the property around 6:30 every morning and leaves before 8 a.m. so he is never in the office. The A/C units are old and he uses old parts to patch them together as well. He comes out every morning and gets the change from the laundry facility but leaves around 8 which is really when the office should be opening.

Everything went downhill after Wayne died. :/ New management is always rude and the apartments are quite outdated. The only plus to these is that there is no scrutiny to who they lease to, so anyone can get an apartment here regardless of your history. There is no security whatsoever, no amenities, and rent increases regularly.

Very nice place to live. The manager (Wayne) is a very down to earth and kind hearted man. He has made this a very nice place to stay especially for the older community.
