Cant say thank you enough to Anthony, Jamie and Chris! Unfortunately, my family and I had some flooding from an upstairs bathroom, which leaked down into the living room area. These gentlemen from Kustom have helped to ease my mind about the restoration process keeping me informed every step of the way thus far, and proving through their actions how dependable their company truly is. Im hopeful the remainder of the process continues to go smoothly, and thankful to have been recommended Kustom by my insurance company!

These guys came today and were awesome! We have needed work done desperately. Kason, Chris & Felix came over and worked overtime to get us cleaned up. They will be back throughout the week to double check. Great work guys!

I couldn't say enough good things about Kustom Restoration. Our kitchen flooded (in Durham), destroying our hardwood floors. My insurance company chose Kustom to clean up the mess. They came day after day, assessing, removing flooring, drying all surfaces, and removing affected cupboards. Their employees (Kayson, Felix, Jamie, Anthony and Chris) were all polite and friendly, answering our many questions. I especially appreciated that they called before they came, and were always punctual. They had excellent attention to detail and really cared about doing outstanding work. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. After restoration we could have chosen another contractor to restore our floors, but we liked and trusted them so much, that we also chose Kustom for the restoration.
