We needed a big truck to get some stuff moved around that are small truck could not handle Justin Johnson helped us and he truly was phenomenal in every single way. He has a great personality and is very customer-oriented. He is also in Michigan Wolverines fans so yeah make some a great guy. If you need a heavy-duty medium-sized truck that can handle your jobs I would highly recommend that you use this particular dealership and ask for Justin.

Beware renting through Costco with this Enterprise location. Even though my reservation was through Costco booked through Enterprise, the manager/supervisor person told me that they do not honor the discount. I was told this after I had returned the vehicle. I have an email confirmation showing the discount applied. They did end up honoring it but it felt like they acted like they were doing me some sort of honoring what their reservation department set up.

The worse!! I made a reservation several weeks ago to pick up my children from college. The reservation was confirmed. The day before in the morning I called to see how early I could arrive. She confirmed my reservation and said I could come as early as 7. This evening I speak with Troy, he said I have no trucks, we are working on it. I told him this was critical because my children need to be picked up, he says sorry can't do nothing about it. I asked to speak with manager. He left me on hold only to come back and say she's not here. I asked how many other stores was called. Troy says I dont know. We are working on it. I Said it's 5 oclock, if I knew earlier I could have tried other options. I said are yall really still trying to look for a truck, he says no...it's 5 o'clock we going home to our families. I said I can't get my family because of this, he said you can...awful. I will never do business with them again, find another store.
