Both me and my partner went through this company, and used a man named Tyler Smith. He wasnt always as unprofessional as he got when we called asking for updates on what we were quoted for returns. Weve had an extreme inconvenience with this company as taxes were done incorrectly in order to give a higher refund. This lead to us owing $2,500 additional dollars to the IRS just 2 years later for this mistake. Neither of us got our state return which was over $1,000 collectively and every time we called Tyler we got the run around. Essentially, theyre going to finesse to get you a higher return, but youre still missing money owed to you and youll eventually owe the IRS more. Not a fair trade and this leaves me disappointed in this company. Look at reviews, dont trust referrals.
