Takes the membership scam, creating the semblance of value through membership dues, to an extreme. I can't believe this is actually legal.

Absolutely amazing service from the staff at this store. Kaitlyn was amazing. She helped me and my brother create an account in store so we were able to get a better deal on the clothes we were buying! and even though the store didnt have the size we needed she ordered it online for us to get shipped to our house! She was awesome, super thoughtful, and thorough with the answers to any questions you may have! I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for some comfy clothes and make sure to tell Kaitlyn shes the best if she checks you out!

I have been an online customer for years now. Never been in a store location before. I was hesitant from the other reviews, but their customer service was spectacular. They were able to return a few items I had gotten online just by pulling up my phone number and easily exchanged them for other things I shopped for that day. They have amazing deals in store. I will definitely be returning to the location. The staff is very friendly and helpful with finding exactly what you're looking for. If they don't have it in store they even offered to order it online for me to get shipped to my house. I absolutely love this company, and I love the option they give you to skip a month if you desire. The store itself is very clean and organized. I noticed every item that had been tried on in the fitting rooms get steamed before they go back to the racks just to make it that much more presentable. You will not go wrong in choosing this company!!
