        Sherman and Onels customer service were outstanding!! They were able to resolve my issue that I was having with the raggedy Life Storage facility on TW Alexander and their rude staff who chose not to assist me. Because of this, I am switching facilities. Sherman assisted me and Im forever grateful!

        Storage, office area always clean, lighting is good, staff is available for questions/concerns, location is great! Regret: Promotion cost short prior to 1st rate increase. I recommend this facility for 2 new tenants!
