Never got back to me with a quote for putting roof vents in a commercial roof. Waited a few months then when I called they said "it's too expensive to do"! So, if they don't want to do it, call the customer and tell them!! This is what gives contractors a bad name. Go somewhere else! They say they called us and could not do the work, but we did not receive a call. I said I was disappointed they didn't tell me, I was never "disingenuous or angry" with them. Now they leave a nasty message on the BBB calling me a liar.....a company I never did any business with complains to the BBB. ???

Had them come inspect an issue with a leaking gutter and check on the state of my roof. Reggie was great! He took pictures and explained what was going on which turns out not to be a major issue. He said half of the roof is in good shape, the other half may need work in 2-3 years. Very knowledgeable, honest, and detail minded. I have not had any work done yet but plan to have them add gutter guards if the estimate amount is reasonable/affordable for me. I definitely plan to contact them again once my roof needs work!

Amazing service from Recovery Roofing. Had a leak and Reggie and associate came out the next day. Inspected and repaired the same day! Kelly, at the office is super friendly and helpful getting the work scheduled. Great company to work with.

I recently had RRR replace the roof on my house (4600 sqft) - they previously did repairs that worked well for years. They were the lowest quote - 20% less than the next lowest - with architectural asphalt shingles (GAF) of equal or better rating then the other 3 quotes. The workmanship was top quality - zero issues or concerns. And near-perfect cleanup - a few scraps and nails that I did not report because they were trivial. They also added gutter guards and fixed a couple structural issues at a super reasonable price. It all took about a week of work - only the initial 2 days for the main roof replacement. The guards and fixes took multiple trips due to parts shortages. They also left a full package of shingles should the need arise in the future - we get hurricanes here - so repairs will continue to match. And very reassuring the whole time was the constant communication. Kelli was always helpful, diligent, patient and pleasant to work with - she even came by at lunch time for the final payment so I didnt have to drive into town (I dont mail checks any more). Thank you Kelli, Regi and all the very courteous men that worked so hard. You can bet RRR will be my first call should I have any concerns after the next hurricane.
