I have nothing but good things to say about my entire CQC design & build team! They have respected my construction goals, budget, and style every step of the way. They quickly communicate when issues are encountered, and I trust them implicitly to keep me informed. Rather than stressful (well, I mean, it's a major renovation, so it's stressful even if only financially), I've enjoyed every meeting with the team. I appreciate their sense of humor and willingness to share their personalities. For me, building that personal connection was essential to creating trust. Has every single detail gone off without a hitch? It's a major overhaul of an early-1930s bungalow, so of course not. But they have exhibited ownership and accountability at every opportunity, and you can't realistically ask for anything more than that. We're still about 3 months away from completion, but I have every confidence this opinion will hold. Oh, and did I mention they're still ON TIME?!? Even with major structural corrections that were not anticipated. I'm not sure how they managed that, but one doesn't question magic. As I said, everyone is a joy, but huge shout-outs to Tommy, Jenna, Gustavo, Justin, and Mac!

We hired CQC during the pandemic to do a major remodel on our 1948 home. We were adding two bathrooms, moving a laundry room, opening a load bearing wall, and refinishing a basement to include a home gym, kitchenette, and theater room. And, we had a tight deadline as family was coming in for a big Thanksgiving. Justin was our project manager and Lawrence Aucoin was on the job a lot. While the deadline added stress to the experience, Justin and Lawrence worked hard to make sure we had what we needed in place for the big gathering. This included Justin personally driving counties away to pick up a part to make one of the new bathrooms functional for our guests. The remodel turned out stunning, and we are very grateful for CQCs hard work. We are now two years out since the job was done, and we are equally impressed with the follow-through on the two-year warranty CQC offers. While we had only minor issues that needed to be addressed, Justin was prompt with scheduling the people that needed to come do the work. As a company, CQC was very professional and responsive. We recommend CQC for your remodel needs.

I'm an industry collegue of Ken's and have had the pleasure of talking shop on a couple occasions with him. During these conversations I've learned that 1) Ken is a mastermind when it comes to all things remodeling and design and 2) Ken is ALL about integrity. He believes that there is only one way to do things: the right way. If you are considering hiring CQC for your project, rest assured that you are making the best choice.
