My wife and I would not have been able to buy a home if it was not for Emma's attentiveness, ingenuity, contacts, and experience. Emma put together a miracle in the eleventh hour and ran the show from start to finish. We will never be able to repay or thank her enough for the level of professionalism and care she has given to us. In today's market, it is a tall order to get a decent home and win an offer as a first time buyer, so finding someone like Emma is the difference between moving into your first home or continuing your rental journey.

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough! She was an absolute rockstar helping us navigate this crazy market as first time home buyers. She was flexible and responsive when it came to showings, and was super attentive to all of our needs and preferences (suggesting houses for us to view, pointing out features of houses that we might like/ not like). She answered all of our questions and was able to reach out to her (extensive!) network for anything that she did not know. She was never pushy, and I really appreciated her input on all the homes we viewed. She really went above and beyond to help us find a home. If you are looking for a realtor in the Durham area, go with Emma!

Seeing Emmas knowledge of the Durham/Triangle area after she helped my mom purchase her home, I decided to ask her to be my realtor in purchasing my first home. My vision for what I wanted in a home as far as location was quiet different from my mom and Emma adjusted perfectly listening and selecting homes for me to check out accordingly. She was never pushy, but respected my desires in a home. Any time we had questions about issues, she was on it, researching and reporting back shortly after. We were able to find my first home in a month or so. She is GREAT at what she does and I HIGHLY recommend her. Thanks again, Emma!

We are moving from out of state and Emma went above and beyond to make sure that we purchased a home that we loved. We knew almost nothing about the process in NC as compared to New Orleans and she led us through everything step-by-step. After many hours of FaceTime tours, in person tours, and submitting bids into multi-offer scenarios, we have finally purchased a home that we love in a place where are thrilled to raise our kids. In the mean time, Emma has made herself available to help with any appointments we need to make from far away, such as routine pest control, and has helped us to do some research on local schools.
