My wife and I worked with Kim Satterfield to help us buy a house in Fall 2021. I found the whole house buying process to be very stressful, but Kim really made the process very manageable and even enjoyable. In short, Kim has been fantastic to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about the area, the quality of houses, and what's going on in the market. Kim is also very quick to respond to text messages and emails when it comes to looking at new listings. She is very easy to get along with and makes you feel very comfortable during the house buying process. Kim is very good at discerning what looks like a good house from what is actually good or not. There many listings that "look good" but in reality they have problems you wouldn't know unless Kim pointed them out. Sometimes that can be used to your advantage when it comes to making a bid on a house you like. I couldn't recommend Kim enough to anybody who is interested in purchasing a house. She helped my wife and I find a wonderful house in such a crazy market.

Kim is the best realtor in town! She helped us navigate a wild housing market and devoted significant time to our home search. We saw many properties and Kim was always available and able to accommodate our schedule. She gave an honest opinion about every house we saw and pointed out both aesthetic and practical issues. In no way did we ever feel pressured to put in an offer or hurry up in our search. Kim deeply cared that we found the perfect home for usthat was always her priority. Without Kim, our housing search would have been much more difficult. We met Kim at an open house and are so glad we worked with her. She is very easy-going, knowledgeable and has bounds of energy to devote to your house-buying process. Ultimately, we consider Kim a friend and highly recommend her realtor expertise!

How many great things can you say about an agent who sticks by your side for 5 years until you find the perfect home? That's Kim to us!! After five years, we finally achieved our dream of moving from Los Angeles to North Carolina...and Kim was there from the first day until long after we closed, 5 years later. She was our eyes, ears, heart and soul on the ground in Raleigh/Durham when we couldn't be there, giving us her honest feedback and the benefit of all her expertise.
