Kharmika helped my wife and I to purchase our first house together during a time when we needed all the help we could get. Her skills and incredible knowledge of the market guided us through a multitude of obstacles. Not only was our first purchase in the middle of a pandemic, record housing prices, skyrocketing interest rates, and homes flying off the market daily, but we went through it while also planning our wedding. After viewing a few houses, we ultimately decided to build. However, to add to the chaos, the builder made a major error in our ceiling height a few months into the build. Though a rebuild on a different lot was required to correct this issue that would add over 6 months to our wait time, Kharmika strategically and patiently helped navigate us through it all. She explained our options, addressed each of our concerns, negotiated on our behalf, and helped us secure concessions for this major inconvenience.
Kharmikas guidance and keen attention to detail have been invaluable throughout the complex ordeal we experienced. We couldnt have done it without her and doubt anyone else could have gotten us to the finish line given so many barriers. We highly recommend her and cant wait to work with her again!
