Finding the perfect rental home or property is overwhelming. Especially when youre from out of state and have never set foot in the Durham N.C.area.
Relying on general websites, unfamiliar real estate companies, and private owners is a recipe for disaster.

In the fall of 2023, I met Chelsea Vanderpool for the 1st time. She was so amazing with the clients she brought to our community in Roxboro North Carolina. Chelsea is extremely patient, works extremely hard for her buyers. And has fun doing it, she was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable. Shes the type of realtor you can trust. Chelsea Vanderpool went over and beyond her call of duty as our realtor to help us find a home we desired to purchase. She found a home in a new community in Roxboro that we didn't even know existed. She helped us with all the details that we needed to know, and she answered all our questions. If she didn't know something she would find out the answer in good time. I would highly recommend her to help anyone who is buying or selling a home. I was very pleased and satisfied with her efforts as our realtor!
