        My family had an extremely positive experience working with the team at West & Woodall this past summer. Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond. I cannot recommend highly enough if you are looking to rent/buy. They bring a lot of local knowledge of the area and genuinely care about their clients.

        I had a HORRIBLE experience renting from West and Woodall. Our house was deteriorating--broken appliances, pests, sewage backups and flooding, front door didn't open, doors and windows didn't close. We went without heat all winter. Our landlord wouldn't respond to us or get anything fixed. When I complained, they attempted to evict us. I had to get a lawyer involved and they eventually backed down and let us leave with our deposit. Landlord's name is Chris Hawkes--such a rude man.
