Thai took me at the the last minute for a gel removal and gel polish. He took his time to remove the existing gel color from my nails. He did not use a drip on me. He was so careful not to damage my nails and explained that its better to let nails soak a little longer than to scrape off and damage the nail. He was so meticulous, paying close attention to detail. He painted my nails perfectly and gave me recommendations on what was best for my nails going forward. This was the best experience Ive had at any nail salon in Durham. Thai is the absolute best. My nails looked perfect when I left! I highly recommend this place!!!! Service: Gel manicures

I have always had wonderful experiences at Luxury Nail Spa! My gel nails always look natural, not thick and gloppy! My nails look great! They took their time and I really enjoy the conversation. The salon's ambiance is soothing and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.

I was greeted at the door, they were very polite, they gave me what I asked for and for a great price! Ther are very communicative and friendly! The staff takes the time to listen to your needs and preferences, ensuring that you receive personalized care. Absolutely love my nails when they were done at Luxury Nail, 10/10 recommend! The pedicure stations at this nail salon are so clean and hygienic.

The staff at Luxury Nail Spa always took great care of us. Fabulous mani's & pedi's! Originally I had a problem with my first set of nails but they immediately reached out to me and fixed the problem and I love my nails The salon provides a variety of nail care treatments suitable for individuals with different lifestyles, including active or sports-oriented individuals. This place is one of the cleanest places I've been.
