Rob Downing and his team were wonderful. They were recommended by our realtor and after working with several other lenders, it was clear this team cared about our needs and were partners in the process. The loan coordination was very smooth and the team was responsive and communicative. Would highly recommend.

Rob and his team are absolutely the best! I could text them my questions and they stayed actively in touch. They made extra sure I understood what was going on, and removed so much stress from this process. Im sad i can only give 5 stars, Id happily give 10!

I have used Fairway for my first mortgage as a first time homeowner and just recently when I refinanced. They are an excellent company. Rob Downing and his team work so hard to be quick and efficient. They are fast with any questions or concerns. They are all pleasant and kind. Plus they communicate very well and keep you up to date with everything. They are in the business to save you money. If youre ever looking for a lender definitely give them a call!!
