Sarah delivered my new chair today and I am just as pleased as punch with it. I can still use my arms to push my chair and if they get tired, I have the option to use Power Assist.

Chair didn't work. Called talk to Tracy. Super nice, transferred me right away to Kevin, head of service. Kevin got on phone, troubleshot my problem in real time. Fixed it! (Operator error) Super company, friendly enployees. 5 stars all around

Excellent service received! Convinced, Healthcare Equipment Inc care about the health and well-being of their customers. We met Meghan while looking to buy a scooter but we didn't know if a scooter would help alleviate the health problem; so we wanted to try a rental for two weeks. They agreed to offset the rental cost against our new purchase. Due to our specific health issue Megan referred Sara to us. Megan also came to our home and did an assessment and costing. Sara introduced and explained the right equipment we needed to help us. We agree. From then she guided, attended evaluation and the team did all that made it possible to obtain the special equipment which Sara and Meghan delivered to us. Yvonne did the paperwork. She worked with our doctors, our insurance, the specialists, evaluators, etc, and even through an Appeal process. Our case was not an easy one. They fought for us and thankfully persistently succeeded. Good job! Thank God.

Kevin was extremely helpful and provided great service when I recently moved Chapel Hill and needed several mobility aids. I'm so happy to have found such a great store with kind and courteous people.
