I would give them zero now, if possible. My diagnosis is Treatment Resistant Major Depressive Disorder with Suicide Ideation. After appx. 2.5 years as a weekly patient I was abruptly terminated as a patient by a 1 minute phone call. No continuity of care, nothing. Dr. Barry Weed is a convicted felon and had to surrender his license to practice in the past for lying about his alcoholism. A horrific excuse for a human being and I wouldn't bring a dog to him for treatment. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!

The worst. They used to be good when I started going years ago but not anymore. You will never be able to get in touch with anyone and theyve sent me incorrect billing twice.

Extremely poor coordination and communication. It takes days to get connected to someone to handle billing or scheduling after an appointment was cancelled on us. I had to drive to the office to talk to someone because I kept getting sent to full voicemail boxes. The Apex office told me they are a sister office and would not help me. The insurance plan was dropped without notice and the website still lists it as an accepted plan 6 months after they made the change. We signed up as a new patient in December and just learning at end of February we weren't covered.

Ive been at this place for 5 years. I have seen two different providers during my time. Although I have loved this practice in the past, these past few months have been stressful. Its so hard to get into contact with anyone on the phone. You are on hold forever and If you leave a voicemail, they never contact you back. Three of my appointments have been rescheduled, canceled or I would receive a missed appointment email when I vividly remember they scheduled my appointment for another date. They switched up patient portal so now I can no longer message my doctor through there when I need a refill on my medication. I was without my medication for weeks and it was taking a toll on me. The only way they addressed it was when I had to go to the office in person (I live an hour away) and tell them to send a message to my doctor for a refill bc there was no other way for me to contact them. And even then they only refilled it for 14 days. I have another appointment scheduled but I fear that they will somehow switch up on me and I will be without my medication again. I dont know if its because of new management, new front desk workers or a new system there using or what but they are clearly unorganized and just as confused as me when I present a problem to them.

From the moment I had my first visit at this place I immediately knew that it would be ongoing problems. The first visit that I had I was not comfortable with scheduling a second visit with the provider I had seen. I was told when I went to reschedule that the provider did not want to release me to a different doctor? It made zero sense that if I wasnt comfortable with seeing that provider that I had to go through such obstacles to see another one so I was scheduled with a different provider after a lot of back-and-forth. Fast forward to my second visit where I was meeting with a new provider I was told when I walked up to the check-in desk that I would need to speak with a office manager regarding the situation, which I might add, was not even that serious I just felt as if the provider didnt care about anything I had to say, and he wrote me off I have had many years of trauma foster care Adult issues you name it and I take my mental health very seriously. So I was told him that she would need to call upstairs and clear it with yet another person for me to be scheduled with a new provider mind you I only saw the first one one time and made up my mind that he would not be. The best fit. When I got set up with the second provider, the first two visits were great. It seem like I was really getting help and things felt way more comfortable going in. Well fast forward to my visit in November. I dont know if it was a off day or what but the provider kept me in my appointment may be 10 minutes and cut me very short that day when I had new symptoms and things to share with him so it was very disheartening. He wanted me to set up an appointment for December but instead I called and let them know that I would like to be transferred to a Hillsboro office. The first reason obviously is because I have had so many issues at this office and the second is Hillsboro office the whole point of this review is to hopefully grab someones attention that cares anything about mental health and quality of care. I have tried contacting this office basically every day trying to get transferred and also get a refill on my medication. There has definitely been messages left for stony as well as other people in the building and it seems that no one is trying to help me from the day. I stepped foot into this office, I have always been on time. I havent came out of character over any nonsense and there has been plenty of it. I really wish someone would just transfer me to a different office and refill my medication. If anyone is looking for care, I would not recommend this place at all. It is not worth the mental stress and thats the point of this office is to help relieve some of that it is a shame.
